This week was an up-and-down week for the Flyers. First, there was the 8-2 embarrassment in the home opener on Tuesday night against the Sharks. The guys try to put that effort into words.
The Flyers responded with a 7-4 win over the Senators before ending the week with a gut-wrenching loss to the Golden Knights, 1-0, on a late goal.

First, the guys talk about the injury to James van Riemsdyk that will keep him out for five-to-six weeks and the early changes being made to the lineup.
The guys also break down the Flyers win in Vegas and loss in Colorado and look ahead to the home opener against the Sharks and games against Ottawa and Vegas later this week.

The preseason is over and it's time to look ahead to the regular season. The Flyers put the wraps on the preseason with losses to the Bruins and Rangers before a win against the Bruins in the preseason finale.
The team made final cuts, which included sending Phil Myers and Carter Hart to the minors and placing both Dale Weise and Taylor Leier on waivers. The guys analyze the final cuts and what it means for a couple of kids starting the year in the minors.
They also discuss expectations for the upcoming season and what kind of performance the Flyers need to have this season to show progress.
